The structure of XS series crossed roller bearings is similar to RB series, the outer ring is separable and connected with three locating rings. While the inner ring is integrated with the main body. This model is used for  occasions where the rotation accuracy of the outer ring is required.

Advantages compared to other bearings:

1. Capable to easily assembled in all directions of the main shaft, mass production can be achieved through standardization and serialization, and assembly and use are more convenient.

2. Capable to bear both radial and axial loads at the same time, so crossed roller bearings can be much simplified than multiple sets of combined bearing structures.

3. Due to the high rotation efficiency and low heat dissipation of crossed roller bearings, the grease consumption is small.
