Producing lines introduction:
1. Small size tapered rollers producing line:
-larger end diameter: 4-30mm,
-length: 5-50mm,
-full angle: 30 '- 10 °.
The roller's ball base surface through-grinding can produce grade I tapered rollers stably in batch. It is controlled by automatic loading and unloading. The SR dispersion of the ball base surface is controlled within 2mm, and the base surface runout is less than 0.003mm, which breaks the biggest bottleneck of the domestic tapered roller ball base surface grinding.
2. Large size tapered rollers producing line:
1) The positioning grinding of the ball base surface adopts the positioning of the outer surface of the tapered roller with side suction, and the grinding of the ball base surface is carried out with the outer diameter of the flat grinding wheel. The grinding wheel is polished by a graphite grinding wheel, and the grinding wheel is trimmed by diamond numerical control interpolation. One processing can complete grinding and polishing of the spherical end base surface, the ball base surface can reach grade 0 or grade I standard, the SR dispersion of the ball base surface is controlled within 2mm, and the base surface runout is less than 0.003mm. Two rollers can be processed at the same time in one clamping, and the material can be loaded and unloaded automatically.
2) High precision CNC centerless grinder helps us with producing bearings rollers that can meet all types of logarithmic curve profiles, three-section arc, and seven section arc processing according to different needs of customers, and the stable accuracy for producing batch rollers can reach the Grade I.
3) The roller superfinishing machine has four shafts and three linkages, which can carry out the Superfinishing of any bus shape on the outer diameter surface of the roller, and the accuracy can reach Grade 0 standard. One clamping can finish the super precision machining of two rollers, fully automatic loading and unloading, high precision and low efficiency, 16 hours of production per day, about 4000 pcs bearing rollers per day.
4) Guide wheel grinder is a five-axis four linkage CNC grinder with high precision, which can make up for the defects of spiral groove deformation after heat treatment of the spiral guide wheel and can effectively control the size dispersion of tapered rollers. The guide wheel CNC grinding machine can effectively process the bus bar needed by the roller and greatly improve the service life of the tapered rollers.
