Large-size Tapered Rollers 103*140mm
Tedin produces large-size tapered rollers for wind turbine main bearings. Tapered rollers with dimensions 103*140 mm, are used for 5MW wind power main shaft bearings. The dimension requirements are according to DIN5402-1, and the logarithmic profile requirement is according to DIN26281. The convexity value deviation of each measurement point is controlled within ± 0.001mm, the SR deviation of the spherical base surface can be controlled within 2%, which accurately ensures the formation of sufficient hydrodynamic lubrication conditions between the roller and the bearing ribs. It improves the reliable guarantee for prolonging the service life of the bearing.
