Through the research on the super-finishing of tapered rollers, we cooperated with the machine tool factory to develop a 5-axis 4-link CNC guide wheel grinder to grinding ultraprecision grind roller to achieve the desired continuous super finish of logarithmic curve tapered rollers

New high-speed rail bearings replace imported famous brand bearings. The precision grade of TEDIN's tapered rollers can reach Grade 0. The roughness of the spherical ball base meets the requirement of 0.08μm


Bearings for high-speed railway are mostly tapered roller bearings, which can not only withstand large radial loads but also a certain axial load. They are one of the most critical parts of the entire system and also easily damaged.


The main failure of tapered roller bearings is the ordinary linear profile surface fatigue pitting corrosion, which often occurs near the outer diameter end of the roller, or the contact part between the roller end surface and the inner ring or outer ring. The reason is that the contact surface between the roller and the raceway is prone to stress concentration. In order to overcome this problem, it is necessary to optimize the design of the roller's profile according to the force of the roller ( surface logarithmic curve) to improve the roller's capacity and fatigue life.


In the production process, it is difficult to achieve the ideal logarithmic curve profile with the single-grain plunge grinding method. The other method is achieved through super finish penetration grinding, which has high efficiency and can realize mass production. Our company has achieved a production capacity of 8000,000 grains/year.


Facility:

Our company has more than 80 sets of various CNC lathes, machining centers, CNC grinders, and super precision equipment. Among them, there are 5 CNC lathes, 65 CNC precision grinders, one four-axis machining center, one five-axis linkage high-precision ultra-precision roller grinder, one flaw detector, two ultrasonic cleaning lines, and two conveyor belts, and tempering stable furnace 2 sets.


Testing equipment has international and domestic Japanese Mitutoyo profiler, roundness tester, hardness tester, etc.
