If the YRT turntable bearing fails, how to solve it?

3. If the bearing could not running smoothly during use, it is necessary to add grease appropriately, fill it up as required, check whether foreign matter enters the raceway, and check the size of the YRT turntable bearing.
4. Abnormal noise. In the case of abnormal noise, check whether the installation surface is flat and meets the requirements. In addition, when the abnormal noise occurs, stop the rotation of the turntable bearing to determine whether there is a lack of grease in the raceway, or check whether it is caused by the collision of the rolling element and the spacer. The noise can be eliminated after filling in oil in time. In addition, attention should be paid to whether the sealing strip is damaged, the installation bolts are loose, which leads to elastic deformation of the slewing ring, and negative gaps in the deformed position, etc., and solve the above problems.
5. When shaking occurs, check all the inner and outer ring mounting bolts in time and tighten them as required. Or increase the strength of the steel structure supporting the YRT turntable bearings, check whether there is overloading, and operate in strict accordance with the regulations.
6. The broken teeth must meet the installation requirements first, then adjust the backlash of the cross tapered roller bearing, adjust the meshing gap, and perform a trial run after the adjustment. Also, pay attention to ensure that the axes of the two gears are parallel. And tighten the bolts. During the operation, be careful not to operate in violation of regulations. Ensure that the large and small gears are clean and check frequently.
