TEDIN has a long production cooperation relationship with customers in the oil and gas industry. We produce special double row cylindrical roller bearing with machined spindle used for large steel pipe bending and welding machine (Products: Large straight seam and seamless steel pipe).
After a long-term analysis of the failure mode of the NNCF series double row cylindrical bearings and the actual needs of the steel pipe factory, we have redesigned the structure and parameters and made new settings for the production process. After the actual installation test, the output of the steel pipe is nearly 9 times that of similar bearings from other suppliers.
Today, another mass of NNCF series double row cylindrical roller bearings are ready for delivery to our customer. There are several types we are supplying.
