YRT Rotary Table Bearings

YRT Rotary table bearings are axial and radial combined cylindrical roller bearings, including two thrust needle roller bearings and a radial cylindrical roller bearing with the combination of axial and radial preload. For the convenience of transportation and fixing, two or three symmetrical screws are fastened to the two rings in order to prevent rollers and rings generating collisions which influence bearing accuracy.

YRT bearings are lubricated by lithium complex soap grease and can be lubricated through the outer ring and L-section ring. YRT bearings are supplied with seals. Operating temperature of rotary table bearing: Rotary table bearings are suitable for operating temperature from 30° C to 120° C.

This type of bearing has high axial and radial bearing capacity. High tilt stiffness and high accuracy. It is suitable for rotary table, chuck and milling head as well as bearing configuration in measurement and experiment. This type of bearing also has high requirements for matching equipment parts. The tightening torque of the mounting screws shall be controlled during installation.

This series bearings are suitable for the application which is low speed and short rotate period, and have higher requirements on rigidity and precision, eg, rotary work table, indexing head, etc.

High rigidity: YRT series bearings are with preload.
High speed: YRTS series bearings can be applied in the high speed working condition.

Bearing installation:

1.Put the YRT Bearing into Bearing House;

2.YRT Bearing and Bearing House is clearance fit;

3.Tighten outer ring mounting screws i n Cross way;

4.Press the Rotary Table onto the YRT Bearing;

5.Another side of the YRT Bearing Connect to Flange;

6.Rotary Table and YRT Bearing is shrink fit;

7.Aligning Flange. YRT bearing、Rotary Table;

8.Tighten Inner ring mounting screws in Cross way;

9.Connect the flange and Bearings to Turntable table with Mounting screws;
