YRTS Rotary Table Bearings

YRTS high speed bearings are as same as YRT basic rotary table bearings, designed with two axial component and a radial component: axial component contains two axial cyinder roller cage assembles, and outer ring,a L-section innering and a second ring. Axial preloaded after fiting.Radial component contains a cyinder roller cage assembles, radial preload also added after fiting.

The outer ring, L-section inner ring and the 2nd ring have fixing holes. The unit islocated by means of retaining screws for the satey of transport and handing.

The dimension, shape, and structure of YRTS high speed bearings are as same as YRT basic rotary table bearings. Due to it's special internal design, this kind of bearing have higher limiting speed and lower ficion and higher speed. Such as Direct drive shaft,especially for the CNC rotary table structure.

Application: precision rotary table vertical grinding machines, dividing head, gear-hobbing machine, milling machine workpiece shaft and other precision facilities.
