Our production is consistent with DIN standard: DIN 5402, DIN26281.
1. Raw Material: 100CrMo7-4, G20Cr2Ni4A, Ovako Steel, TIMKEN Steel, etc
Test for chemical composition, quenching grain size, and ultrasonic non-destruction test.
2. Heat Treatment: Test for surface hardness, intermediate hardness, core hardness, effective hardened depth, austenite grain size, and retained austenite content.
3. Logarithmic Profile: The convexity coefficient can according to your requirement.
4. Full test report of Geometric Requirements: dimensions, angle, SR, chamfer, tolerance, roughness, roundness, etc.
