The maintenance of crossed tapered roller bearings is for better performance. The maintenance of bearings can not only improve its working performance but also reduce the occurrence of failures and prolong its service life. To do a good job in bearing maintenance, we need to do the following three aspects.
1. Maintenance of crossed tapered roller bearings and bushings
The bearing of the cross tapered roller bearing is the main part of its operation. If it has a problem, the clutch will not work. The bearings need to be lubricated regularly. The front and rear bearings and the clutch need to be greased regularly. However, the bearings of some machines are of closed structure and cannot be regularly injected with grease. Just remove the bearings and place them during maintenance. Heat the melted butter, wait until the heated butter cools, and then take out the release bearing.
2. Reasonably adjust the clearance of each part of the clutch
Crossed tapered roller bearings have been used for a long time, the gap between each part will change, so reasonable adjustment is required.
3. Clean the friction lining bearing regularly
Check whether the crossed roller bearing is stained with oil due to long working hours, which causes the friction lining to slip. If it occurs, the friction lining should be cleaned immediately.
