Angular Contact Thrust Bearing ZKLDF100 Ordered By Our Poland Customer

The tilting ability between the inner ring and outer ring of double row angular contact thrust ball bearing is limited. The allowable tilting angle depends on the internal clearance, bearing size, internal design and the force and torque acting on the bearing. The maximum allowable tilting angle should ensure that there is no excessive additional stress in the bearing.

If there is an inclination angle between the inner and outer rings of the bearing, the service life of the bearing will be affected, and the rotating accuracy of the bearing will be reduced, and the running noise will be increased. Nylon cage or brass solid cage is generally used for double row angular contact ball bearings. When installing double row angular contact thrust ball bearing, it should be noted that although the bearing can bear a two-way axial load, if there is a ball loading gap on one side, the main axial load should not pass through the groove side with the gap. When the bearing is used, attention should be paid to make the side channel without the ball loading gap bear the main load.

Structure classification

1) Standard design A of double row thrust ball bearing with outer diameter less than or equal to 90mm. There is no ball loading gap, so it can bear the same two-way axial load. The cage is made of light glass fiber reinforced nylon 8. The temperature rise of the bearing is very small.

2) Standard design B of double row thrust ball bearing with an outer diameter greater than 90mm. There is a ball loading gap on one side, equipped with a steel stamping cage or brass solid cage.

(3) Type C is a reinforced structure with a ball loading gap on one side, which can hold more steel balls, so it has a higher bearing capacity.

(4) The double row angular contact thrust ball bearings with the dust cover on both sides and sealing ring on both sides can be of the contact type or the contact type with the dust cover on both sides. The inside of the sealed bearing is filled with antirust lithium base bone grease, and the operating temperature is generally - 30 ~ + 10 ℃. During use, it is not necessary to moisten the bone again. It should not be heated or cleaned before installation.
