Tedin latest products - thin section ball bearing, open type (without seals), with brass cage, in prrecision grade: P5. This type belongs to four point contact ball thin section bearing. It also be known as thin-walled bearing.
The difficulty of thin section bearing, is its outer ring and inner ring are too thin, and easy to deform. Therefore, we have strict quality control in the process of material selection, heat treatment and grinding. Apply high purity bearing steel, use salt bath temperating furnace, and submit to strict dimensional accuracy control in the grinding process, all of them to ensure the accuracy and dimensional stability of the whole set bearing.
